Welcome to episode 120 of The Coach Taylor Podcast!

As it is the last podcast of 2020 I thought I would join the bandwagon and do a year in review! 

And no...not all COVID talk. Impossible not to mention it of course, but 100% I talk about health and fitness and how it relates to YOU!!! 

Thank you to everyone who has invested their time in listening to my podcast for 2020. I cannot tell you how humbled I am by it. And thank you for staying with me during the hiatus due to my changing life circumstances. 2021....I am staying weekly!!!!
