This weekI talk a lot about habits and goals and how to align your thoughts better to truly make some lifestyle changes this year.
And I talk about when it is OK to work for a leaner body or those other goals that normally I rally against! Because it is OK sometimes, it's just that there are very important things to think about when you are striving for those goals!!!
Also, I talk about WHAT is processed food vs. unprocessed and what foods are ok to consume out of a package and which you should avoid!
