Ok. This is an important one. I am going to explode some core tenants of the fitness industry. In a massive way.
Some things that you believe - have always believed - are told constantly - that health and fitness LIVES by....are TOTALLY wrong.
There are 5 main things I discuss. To get you interested -
setting goals. Setting goals is a STAPLE belief in health and
fitness but in actuality setting goals is an almost GUARANTEED way
to ensure you NEVER change your habits and lifestyle
permanently.
