This week I wanted to share with you something a little bit different!
This is a guest lecture I gave to an undergraduate University class about healthy aging.
In particular I talk about how strength, mobility, and the issues with how we currently do things.
If you are 40+, or have parents or grandparents I HIGHLY recommend listening. I break down a lot of myths as well as provide good direction on what people SHOULD be doing as they age!
