The burpee. Is it really that bad? I don't think it is and I think it SHOULD have a place in your fitness program. 

I have become anti anti-burpee. The whole fitness world is on fire trashing the burpee but I think they are really, really, wrong. 

And on that note.....you need to listen because you might not be as strong or as fit as you think you are! 

Over the last couple of months I have found some glaring gaps in the fitness industry. Even people who workout regularly or excel at a specific activity are often missing some basic strength. Second half of this episode I dive deep and tell you how to find out if this is you!
